We enjoyed our stay at The Everett. Excellent location! Warm, friendly, and attentive staff. Our room was perfect for a long weekend. Thank you. And we look forward to a return visit.

We stayed here for two nights. What a treat! The entire experience was incredible. Very attentive staff. Eddie makes a great drink! Our room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The hotel is conveniently located downtown. Breakfast is included (several options) with excellent coffee. Dinner was also great. Thanks to all the staff for a perfect weekend. We appreciated your kindness. We will be back.

Perfection! Ron and his team are fantastic! We stayed in Suite 10 which has an entrance right off the main little road. It was so convenient, and I still felt safe and like we were part of the hotel. There is a wonderful rooftop area where we enjoyed a hot tea and coffee when we arrived and later, we sat by the fire feature (which they light for you). We had dinner at the Bistro (be sure to reserve a dinner time when you make your hotel reservation), and it was delicious! Family friendly with amazing food is always a bonus!! They also had a plate of cookies and brownies for us after dinner - so cute! We then walked right down the street a few blocks to get on the Polar Express - no need to fool with parking at the train as the hotel could not be more perfectly located. Scott arranged for the pull out sofa in our suite to be converted into a bed while we were out, so when we came back, we were able to get two tired kids ready for bed and tucked in shortly after arriving back. Breakfast was great and check out is a breeze. The town is so cute so we walked around after breakfast and still had time to pack up and check out by 11. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again if back in the area!

My wife and I had an amazing stay there. The location is fantastic, the food is fantastic and the service is fantastic.
    We will be back asap!!

  • *****

We have to do it again!

  • *****

We had a lovely stay at the Everett HotelRon and Scott are absolutely the best in making you feel welcome and comfortable! The location is the very central in Bryson City and everything within the room is top notch: the impressively decorated room, bed accoutrements, and bath towels and robes. Then, breakfast at the hotel is off of a menu and is excellent. My husband had the Belgian Waffle (with real maple syrup)and said it was one of the best he had ever had.

We will definitely be returning . . .

  • *****

WOW! What can I say! As a hospitality industry veteran, travel, hotel service and food and beverage are a passion of mine and the Everett Hotel did not disappoint. Full service breakfast included in your stay? Hot chocolate chip cookie delivery each night to your room... SAY LESS! The hotel owner, Ron is best in class and a true joy - beaming with charisma and genuinely ready to help with anything. We were in town for a family wedding and pretty much had all the rooms in the hotel under our group. I can speak on behalf of all of our family and friends and say that this was a memorable stay, and we would all recommend to anyone visiting Bryson City or the surrounding area. Very clean, attentive customer service and delicious food and drink. Thank you for being so accommodating!

This quaint hotel provides such a lovely experience! The rooftop lounge provides a beautiful view with plenty of space for guests to spread out or be social. The brunch was delightful! And it was a great location for walking anywhere downtown in Bryson City, including the train depot.

  • *****

OH MY GOODNESS!!!! Greatest ever! Best staff, accommodations, hotel (on and on and on) I have encountered. These folks make ANYTHING you want/need happen. Bryson City is great, so to make it perfect...stay at The Everett.

Another delightful experience at an excellent hotel and restaurant! Ron and Scott and staff are exceptional in all they provide. From fresh morning coffee to beautifully presented and prepared meals to fresh baked cookies after dinner to meticulous attention to lovely, immaculate accommodations. Already looking forward to our 6th stay next time! Thank you Everett and Bistro staff. Be well and be blessed.

Great staff and nice boutique hotel.

  • *****

We had an excellent stay here! Breakfast and Dinner were both fantastic! Scott and Ron were gracious hosts and eager to make sure everything was great. Very friendly group of people that all took their time to talk and help with our first visit to Bryson City. We were very comfortable with their Covid19 protocols.

Room #5 was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Wifi was a little slow but not a big deal.

I would highly recommend a stay and/or dinner for anyone interested!

  • *****

My wife and I dined at the restaurant and we enjoyed it very much. The staff were nice, and the freshly prepared food was delicious. We had the bacon wrapped figs and they are wonderful. My wife had the trout and I had the meatloaf and both were sensational! Everything we had made it a lovely evening.

This is the gem of the Smokies!!! First of all, the hotel is BEAUTIFUL!!! Everything is perfect....Second....their breakfast (which came with the booking) was FANTASTIC!!! But most importantly, the owners are on site....and were there every minute if we needed something. They're both so warm and friendly....it was like visiting with old friends. And don't miss out on the fire pit on the roof....IT was a beautiful "mental health" break before our next lockdown. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel...and I will return for sure. Oh, did I mention it's within walking distance of everything? Enjoy.

  • *****

By far, the best boutique hotel we have ever stayed at. The personalized service is second to none. Ron ,Scott and their staff make your stay feel as if you are visiting good friends. Rooms, amenities, and food are the best!

  • *****

From the start, we arrived at nearly midnight and the host Scott welcomed us with as much hospitality as he would if it were the middle of the day. He was extremely kind and welcoming and gave us a tour of the beautiful boutique hotel. They offer free coffee in the little concierge and bedtime cookies. We eat plant based and they were very accommodating for the breakfast. The rooms are adorable and the town is as charming as could be. We loved spending some time on the rooftop. Staying here was the highlight of our trip and we would 100% stay again. Truly great hospitality! And for the stay, it was easy to get to Asheville to see the sights without having to stay overnight in the bustle.

  • *****

Great stay! Ron and his team are complete pros! Highly recommended!

  • *****

Fantastic little bed and breakfast with a 5-Star hotel feel. Amazing customer service. The food is local, organic, and delicious! Can't wait for our next visit.

  • *****

Great boutique. We stayed in the 1st floor suite. New modern rustic design. Super clean. Great host. Breakfast was included. Great breakfast. In the center of town. We had dinner 1 night. Filet mignon with mash. Will stay again.

  • *****

We did not stay here but we ate dinner here and it was amazing. A very good drink selection as well as a wide range of food options. The food took longer than expected to come out but when it did there were zero complaints. Black Bean Burger, Meatloaf, and Trout - all very good. It was a very relaxing evening.

  • *****

Wow !!!!! You all have made our stay amazing!! I am still thinking about the wonderful time we had! So welcoming and just like home ! All the extra touches made this stay amazing . From a warm sherpa blanket at the fire on the roof to the bathrobes so soft that we had to buy our own!! Comfortable room was perfect and clean . The soap smelled so good. Now the bed was amazing like sleeping on a cloud!! And yes we are looking to get one of those too lol!!! Beautiful woodworking all threw the hotel. Oh and as far as the breakfast wow the best! • *****

Hate to echo another poster almost exactly, but, yes: a fantastic place to stay. My wife and I loved it. Clean, modern room, Personal attention and wonderful conversation with owners Ron and Scott. Really nice bistro. Both homey and top-notch at the same time.

  • *****

We stay in a lot of hotels and hold platinum status or the equivalent in multiple hotel chains thanks to our businesses. Im not sure 5 stars is high enough of a rating. There are hotels with great service but this hotel is over the top with their thoughtfulness. It was apparent literally from the moment we pull up to the hotel. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable, the food is farm to table and everything we ordered was amazing. I cant recommend this hotel enough if your in the area.
Thanks again for your incredible hospitality.

  • *****

Always a fabulous meal! Never disappointed.

  • *****

    Fantastic food and service!

  • *****

Just a great place, the owners, staff, everyone...one of the best experiences we have had.

  • *****

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Scott, and everyone on staff was very friendly and served us well. We highly recommend staying here for anyone who is going to be coming to the area

  • *****

My wife and I made our third stay here this past weekend and it was superb. Every detail is addressed. The atmosphere of the bistro is wonderful as is the food and the rooms are the most comfortable you will ever find. Thanks again to Ron, Scott and staff for another amazing experience. We can't wait until our next visit.

  • *****

Awesome hotel with super friendly staff, great rooms and an all around perfect experience. Will definitely be back.

  • *****

Similar to everyone else.... This hotel is adorable. The rooms are well decorated and so clean. They serve cookies and brownies bites each night to guests and have a fire pit on the roof with a great view. The restaurant has amazing food for dinner and breakfast. We will definitely stay again! It's also a great spot to walk around Bryson City.

  • *****

Everything was above our expectations from the appearance of the hotel, the personal welcome, the incredible room, and first class food. We celebrated our 23rd anniversary here and we certainly plan to be back. The owners are incredibly kind!

  • *****

Very Impressed! Great hotel and very friendly staff!

  • *****

Love love love this hotel. If you want to stay at a quaint, quiet, well taken care of, renovated hotel with character-- this is your place. Food was great, hospitality was excellent. Highly recommend

  • *****

There are not enough stars to rate this hotel!!!! OMG....the rooms are amazing, the food in the bistro is out of this world, but the best part is the hospitality......the owners, Ron and Scott, are very attentive to both the guests in the hotel and the ones who come to the bistro. Also, they give you these amazing chocolate chip cookies as a part of your stay that are to die for lol. If you ever have the chance to stay here, do it!! You will not be disappointed!!!!!

  • *****

The Everett hotel exceeded our expectations. From the splendid food from The bistro to the rooftop fire pit on the patio. And to the immaculate rooms where every detail is given utmost attention. Loved that everyday we were there we received yummy cookies and brownies .

  • *****

    Excellent Food
    I had the Trout

  • *****

Simply Outstanding! As nice, if not nicer, than other downtown hotels we've stayed in major cities. The staff were wonderful and the food was even better! We loved this place and will return.

  • *****

Such a gem! Impeccable service, high quality, cozy rooms with amazing common spaces. Lovely rooftop fire pit with warm blankets and wonderful fellowship. Better service and genuine customer service than any 5 star resort and a Michelin quality restaurant. Magical!

I can't speak highly enough about how wonderful our stay was at The Everett Hotel! The minute we walked in the door, we were warmly greeted by Ron and Patricia. Ron personally guided us upstairs to our suite (#5), ensured that our door code worked, that the thermostat was set to our preferred temp, told us where to find fresh coffee and cold water during our stay, and suggested that we check out the rooftop deck prior to our dinner reservation. Our suite was spotless, the bed was nearly as comfortable as our Tempur-Pedic bed at home, cozy robes and a fresh pair of slippers were provided for each of us, along with complimentary bottles of water in the room, and DirecTV. The hotel decor consisted of a welcoming rustic elegance. We were impressed by how special the staff make their hotel guests feel during their stay. By the time we had made our dinner reservation (2 weeks in advance), only outdoor patio seating was available, however, shortly after seating us, Patricia came over and said that they had a dining room table available and offered it to us - which we gratefully accepted! John was our server, and he did a spectacular job at taking great care of us. His wine suggestion was divine and paired perfectly with my filet mignon! Our entire meal was fantastic, from appetizers to dessert. In fact, days later, we're still craving more of their French Onion Soup! After dinner, we took a glass of wine to the rooftop deck, wrapped up in one of the complimentary abundantly soft blankets and unwound from our activity-filled day in front of the fire pit. A short time later, we were surprised with our personal plate of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and brownie bites. The complimentary breakfast was equally delicious as dinner was the night before. I highly recommend the Quiche - it's to die for!! Overall, our stay at The Everett Hotel was one of our best travel experiences. In fact, my husband (who has traveled the world) said that it was one of his all time favorite experiences/places to stay. We look forward to returning again!

My ONLY complaints, which were not enough for me to deduct a Star from my rating because every other aspect of our stay was so wonderful, are... 1. The bathroom vanity and mirror are gorgeous, BUT were built/hung for giants! I'm 5' 3" and couldn't see my outfit below my chest when getting dressed - which is why having a full-length mirror in the room would be greatly appreciated by the "vertically-challenged" guests! This would also be especially helpful when a couple is trying to get ready at the same time in the small bathroom. 2. I don't know if this is a common occurrence, or was just an anomaly during our stay, but it was quite noisy in our suite (#5) in the evening. I'm not certain, but I assume, that it was noise coming from the kitchen during cleanup - the noise sounded like pots and pans banging against a metal sink while being washed, and I believe that our suite was located above the kitchen. After getting up at 5am and having a full day, we were exhausted and ready for bed by 9:15pm, however I couldn't fall asleep until after the banging noise stopped. Fortunately it did around 10:00-10:30pm. Had it lasted any longer, I would have complained/deducted a Star from my rating, but as mentioned previously, the good far outweighed the bad! Next time I will just be more inclined to book a corner room in hopes of not having this same frustration at bedtime.

In my journeys as an author and history guide, my wife and I discovered "gold" in the mountains of Western North Carolina. When I write gold, I'm talking about The Everett..
The most fabulous boutique hotel with an indoor bistro. When you arrive, one of the owners, Ron, greets you like your favorite brother. His warmth and beautiful smile warms your soul. He has everything prepared for your stay. I cannot emphasize this man enough. He is truly that fabulous as a host that brings you back, year after year.
Once checked in, Ron takes you to your cozy room. The warm colors and tones of the bedroom and bath enhance the stay even more.
The bed. Another testament to the hotel's perfection. The mattress is just like "sleeping on a cloud." Added to the collection, six pillows of varying firmness for the picky sleeper.
Bistro and bar. When the word bistro is overused, The Everett boasts a small restaurant that is as cozy as a local pub, yet she shines like a four star restaurant. Ron and a full staff of people who enjoy their work, will make sure that your every wish comes true. For me, I have a carrot allergy, which could be deadly. The good people will observe all requirements.
Finally. Why The Everett? There are many chain hotels for the would-be traveling tourists, but this hotel is different. She's not part of a chain. There's no hotel like her anywhere. This is a "must have" in your arsenal for traveling.

  • *****

Where do we begin? from the moment we walked in the door we felt welcomed and appreciated
The room and service were flawless. We had the best fresh Trout dinner we have ever had in the Bistro, and an amazing complimentary Breakfast! Patricia called to make sure we booked our reservation for dinner, great communiation! All of the staff were warm and engaging, just a wonderful experience, we will be back!

  • *****

This was the most enjoyable stay, I wish we had stayed longer! We were greeted by one of the owners, Ron, as soon as we arrived. He welcomed us and made us feel at home immediately. Ron went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our dinner from the Bistro. The restaurant is top notch; providing locally grown and organic options as well as grass fed beef from Brasstown Beef.

The Everett earns it's five star status in all categories!

  • *****

It was absolutely amazing!!! My entire family stayed there. Rooms great, service phenomenal! We spent each night on the rooftop around the fire pit! Ron, Scott and everyone was bending over backwards to make our stay one to remember!! Thanks to the owners and staff! We stayed July 2020 for a week!!

  • *****

Nice room, super friendly and accommodating staff and great food!

  • *****

Wow! My wife and I just stayed here for the first time. We both can't wait to go back. The room was superb. The dinner was excellent. The breakfast was great!
But above all, the staff and people made us feel at home and so relaxed!
    We will be back soon!

  • *****

These folks know hospitality. Very impressed

  • *****

Excellent service by a super friendly staff. The food was top notch! Our room had no windows (Room 9), so the room was extremely dark, which made the sleeping great.

  • *****

Great experience all together!! Our room was perfect, peaceful, quiet and dark enough for a good night sleep. The owners and the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful, they make you feel at home.
The breakfast and dinner options are great and we loved the cookies and brownies at night.
We also enjoyed the terrace with the firepit and sitting areas.
We highly recommend The Everett Hotel and will come back soon.

  • *****

These folks are doing everything right! We loved the room, the staff, the restaurant/bar. Attention to detail is amazing, food was EXCELLENT and the rooftop firepit/lounge was the icing on the cake. Don't change a thing!!

  • *****

We went here for dinner. The food was amazing and the staff wonderful.

  • *****

First of all Everett Hotel is not just a
Hotel. Its a place of healing and peace
The rooms are placed so you feel
Right at home and private. Rob & Scott
Are amazing owners and the staff are
Exceptional. The Bisto is a must for
Dinner and has the most awesome
Grits ever! Our room was #9 and we
Loved it. No windows made it peaceful
And easy to unplug and we did

  • *****

Great food and friendly service. Can't beat that!

  • *****

The Everett Hotel is exactly what you need for a quiet getaway. The owners and staff are extremely welcoming. The history and ambiance of this little gem is unmatched. It is absolutely gorgeous and nestled in the mountains where the views are equally breathtaking. The attention to detail and the care put in to their guest make lifelong repeat customers. We will be back!

  • *****

Small menu for good reason. When you're good at something stick with it. We had the bacon wrapped Bleu cheese stuffed dates, Bacon wrapped filet, meat loaf, and many of the different drinks on the many. Service was excellent. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

  • *****

We ate dinner at the Bistro. The Carolina trout was delicious.

  • *****

Ron, Scott and staff are the best great food and service as always. our favorite place in Bryson City

  • *****

The dining room is very nice, Kayla, our waitress was awesome, food was incredible(best trout I've ever had). We will definitely be back!

  • *****

The owners and manager made me feel like I was an old friend, coming for a stay. I had a delicious dinner at the restaurant which was clearly made from scratch and gourmet. The room was charming and the bed very comfortable, which almost never happens because my back is a mess and I'm like the princess and the pea- I feel every flaw in every mattress. At the Everett, I had a great night's sleep.
The owner helped me with my luggage and brought me fresh cookies for the road. It was an outstanding experience. As a comparison, later in my trip I stayed at the Kimpton in downtown Asheville, arguably the nicest hotel in town. It was nowhere as comfortable, and the food was mediocre in comparison. When a boutique hotel is as comfy and friendly as the Everett, no hotel chain, no matter how fancy, can compare.

  • *****

We stayed in suite 10 for a long weekend stay. We were absolutely blown away by the Everett! The service was top notch, all the details from showing you to your room, leaving fresh bottles of water in the fridge daily, and keeping my 90 year old grandma well stocked in coffee! Believe me, she drinks a lot!
I am also gluten free, so they went above and beyond because not only did I have gluten free toast at breakfast, but they had warm complimentary gluten free cookies and brownies each night for me to enjoy, come on!!!
We dined in the bistro for dinner and everyone agreed the food and service was fantastic. Cocktails were very high end and I was very happy with the wine menu as well. I did not think I would find such a great drink or wine menu in Little Bryson City.
The complimentary breakfast was top notch. My grandma even loved the local sausage so much we asked about it and went to the processor and bought her 3lbs. Prior to leaving. I loved the meatless sausage myself.
The rooms were immaculate it looks like you were in someone's home. There is no usual wear and tear evident that you find in other hotels. Not even a scratch. After dinner we enjoyed the rooftop and fire pit.
My grandma is from Bryson City and we brought her back as what might be her last visit since she doesn't travel well these days. She was treated like a queen by the staff. Staying at the Everett was fun as well because she remembers when it was the bank, and reminisced about what the other buildings were as well. This definitely isn't the Bryson City I remember as a kid either, but I like it!! Thank you for the wonderful stay and the memories we made.

  • *****

Phenomenal service at every step. Excellent food. So much attention to detail everywhere. Just a beautiful and lovely place to spend a weekend. I cant wait to go back again.

  • *****

Uber cool hotel. Great location. Missed the 5th star due to NO ELEVATOR! So if you packed heavy for a long stay, it's a haul to get your stuff upstairs. If you're elderly, you have to sadly skip this place. But the food is good. The rooftop retreat was my favorite.

  • *****

Over the years, we've stayed in many, many hotels all over the U.S. The Everett is, without a doubt, in the top 2...and that would be a tie with Greenbrier.

The owner and his staff are nothing short of amazing. He walked us uo to our room, showed us the operation of everything including the lighting and HVAC and TV controls.

We were in town for the Great Smokey Mountain Train and a close friends 50th Birthday party. The morning of the train ride, we discovered that we had the departure time incorrect. The owner came to our room to let us know that he had his car ready for us and was prepared to take us to get on the train. We missed the train, but his efforts were nothing that would be expected from any other hotel.

The service of the restaurant and bar were unreal. The food was incredible and the drinks were AMAZING.

    We will be back!

  • *****

Had dinner at the Bistro. Food was amazing and the service was top notch. We loved every bite and wish we could have tasted the entire menu! Everyone was so nice helping us get a reservation on short notice for our honeymoon. Thank you Scott and Eddie you were wonderful!

  • *****

We absolutely love this hotel. The staff treats you like you a guest in their home. The bedtime cookies are wonderful. The complimentary breakfast is very high quality and just delicious. We can't wait to go back!

  • *****

Terrific visit! The space is magnificent, but what puts this place over-the-top is the friendly sense of service of Ron, Scott, and everyone involved. Thanks all for a great stay.

  • *****

From the time we walked thru the door, it was a place to renew, relax and rechargeEveryone was wonderful and especially the sweet man who toted my overpacked suitcase up the stairs (note to self, use smaller bag) the room felt like we were tucked away in a cabin. The Bistro food was delicious, I had the privilege of having the Creole shrimp and grits for dinner & it was soooooo satisfying and breakfast is deliciously delightful also. Felt like a hideaway home away from home, even being 62 the steps wont keep me away from coming back. We meet new friends at dinner and continued conversations on the rooftop that chilly night with nightcaps and fire pit with mountains as a backdrop. I would feel very safe there even if it was just myself on a trip, hmmmm may have to leave the hubs home next time Ron and Scott, thank you for providing such a great ambience for all.

  • *****

Service was terrific from the moment we walked in. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was comfortable and supplied everything we needed. The upstairs setting was cozy and showed the perfect view of the mountains and stars at night. We even went up in the morning to watch the sunrise and used the blankets they provided for guests. It indeed was a great experience. I would highly recommend it, and the food was perfect!!

  • *****

This is the PERFECT hotel if you're going for the Polar Express. We literally walked to the train station in 6 minutes. The staff welcomed us as if we were a part of their family! My daughter loved the "secret staircase" and nighttime goodies. The Bistro was fantastic! This hotel does not disappoint. The only thing to consider is if someone has a disability or trouble walking up stairs - there is not an elevator. We cannot wait to go back!!!!

  • *****

We stayed at The Everett Hotel for the first time over this weekend. It was without a doubt one of the best hotels we have stayed at! The staff was extremely courteous and very friendly and helpful! Plus the bistro has some of the best food we've ever had! I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance and if you eat at the bistro you can't go wrong with the shrimp and grits and the white chocolate bread pudding!

  • *****

This place is nothing short of amazing!

The Everett Hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Bryson City. There are a total of ten rooms to be occupied so the staff really are able to make sure that you feel welcomed and appreciated.
From five days before check in, everything felt so personalized. The hotel called to determine if I wanted to make dinner reservations for any of the evenings during my stay.
At 1pm on the day of my reservation for my stay, I received a text informing me that my room was ready in the event that I wanted to check in early.
At check in, I was shown my room, received a demo of how to operate the television and air conditioning and shown where the complimentary coffee and cookies were. Yes, they make cookies and brownies for their guests every evening.

The room was very clean and comfortable.

My room was on the third floor and directly across from the access to the roof top terrace which had a fire pit and a great view of the town.
The food in the restaurant was very good, I had the meatloaf on my first night and the burger on the second night.

A huge benefit with the restaurant was that guests received complimentary breakfast and the options and food were excellent. This relieved a lot of stress after seeing the line of people down the street waiting for Everett Street Diner to open.
The bartender was very knowledgeable of his craft and had a great menu for cocktails.

There was no detail missed at the Everett, I definitely plan to stay again.

  • *****

Before we even arrived, their personalized service was apparent as Ron (co-owner) sent us a welcome text and let us know our room was ready early. The hotel bridges historical and modern elements tastefully throughout the building. We stayed in Room 7, which was quaint and cozy. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was larger than most historical hotels, with a sizable walk-in shower.

The hotel was in walking distance to all things Bryson City, so you can park your car for the evening and easily explore. We dined at the hotel restaurant for breakfast every morning (included in price) and one evening for dinner. The meals were delicious and drink complimented the dishes perfectly. Well worth it, whether you stay at the hotel or not!

If you want to feel like family, stay at this hotel. What other hotel bakes fresh cookies and brownie bites for guests to enjoy at night? The rooftop terrace with a fire pit and plenty of chairs/loungers was a peaceful way to enjoy every evening.

We will definitely be back! We have only been home several hours and are already looking for another open weekend!

  • *****

I can not say enough about how wonderful a stay we had. We were celebrating our anniversary. We stayed at the INN the night before we took a train ride. We we were texted before check in time and told our room was available. Ron was kind enough to help us take items to our room. He made sure the temperature in our room was to our liking. He recommended a local brewery to us right down the road. We had dinner and breakfast at the Inn also, both meals were excellent and cocktails were great too. We look forward to another stay.

Beautiful historic hotel. Hospitality was above and beyond! Stayed on 3rd floor in #9. Pretty room, comfortable mattress. Only negatives were: No refrigerator, microwave, or coffee maker in our room. For us, that was a big inconvenience. We didn't want to go to the second floor and use the refrigerator for "all guests." They had complimentary coffee and sweets for all guests on the 2nd floor. Again, there was no microwave in our room or in the "common area on the second floor." The Bistro restaurant in the hotel was very nice. They had good food as well as a complimentary breakfast for hotel guests. All in all a nice stay. But won't stay again due to no refrigerator, microwave, or coffee maker in our exact room. We stayed for 3 nights, and it was $951.00 for the stay. (Price is not including the dinner meal we had at the Bistro or tips paid for any food/ beverages.) Pricy but pretty!

Wow! What an awesome hotel! It's in a great location; right in the center of Bryson City and about 15 mins from NOC. The rooms are beautiful and the beds were comfy. They really go above and beyond on service here. The little details make so much of a difference. The food was delicious as well. I will definitely be back.

  • *****

This was a fantastic experience top to bottom. From the tour in the beginning, to the accommodations, location and much more. We stayed here for one night due to its proximity to the Nantahala River, but wished we wouldve made this a longer stay. The room was spacious and well decorated, and it was in great proximity to the local hotspots. Friendly staff, engaged owners, up-kept propertyit has it all!

  • *****

Bartender was very friendly and his drinks were amazing! Highly recommend the Empress G&T and Thyme Traveler.

  • *****

Wonderful location. Very relaxing. Excellent customer service. Ron and Scott are fabulous. Eddie the bartender can make a great drink. The breakfast is exceptional. Dinner is 5 . Try the trout cakes.

We had a wonderful stay at the Everett Hotel. The rooms were comfortable and charming. The owners and staff were so nice and took time to make everyone feel welcomed. We loved the roof top and the cookies and brownies were a nice treat in the evening. We can't wait to stay again!

  • *****

We loved our short stay here. Very friendly, rooms are nice, but the real gem is the food in the intimate dining room! Everything we ordered was amazing.

  • *****

First of all Everett Hotel is not just a
Hotel. Its a place of healing and peace
The rooms are placed so you feel
Right at home and private. Rob & Scott
Are amazing owners and the staff are
Exceptional. The Bisto is a must for
Dinner and has the most awesome
Grits ever! Our room was #9 and we
Loved it. No windows made it peaceful
And easy to unplug and we did

  • *****

We went here for dinner. The food was amazing and the staff wonderful.

  • *****

These folks are doing everything right! We loved the room, the staff, the restaurant/bar. Attention to detail is amazing, food was EXCELLENT and the rooftop firepit/lounge was the icing on the cake. Don't change a thing!!

  • *****

These folks know hospitality. Very impressed

  • *****

Wow! My wife and I just stayed here for the first time. We both can't wait to go back. The room was superb. The dinner was excellent. The breakfast was great!
But above all, the staff and people made us feel at home and so relaxed!
    We will be back soon!

  • *****

Nice room, super friendly and accommodating staff and great food!

  • *****

Hopefully staying here the next time I'm in town. Owners are awesome.

  • *****

  • *****

Such a gem! Impeccable service, high quality, cozy rooms with amazing common spaces. Lovely rooftop fire pit with warm blankets and wonderful fellowship. Better service and genuine customer service than any 5 star resort and a Michelin quality restaurant. Magical!

  • *****

Simply Outstanding! As nice, if not nicer, than other downtown hotels we've stayed in major cities. The staff were wonderful and the food was even better! We loved this place and will return.

The Everett hotel exceeded our expectations. From the splendid food from The bistro to the rooftop fire pit on the patio. And to the immaculate rooms where every detail is given utmost attention. Loved that everyday we were there we received yummy cookies and brownies .

Always a fabulous meal! Never disappointed.

I came across the Great Smokey Railroad excursion on a travel show and decided to stay in Bryson City for a few days. I was investigating where the good food was and found the Everett Hotel and decided to stay there. Every square inch of this hotel is immaculate. In addition the attention to detail on the interior design is stunning. If you want a romantic place to stay in the Smokies this is the place. We had dinner and the chefs food was stupendous. Lastly the Inn keepers Ron and Scott are the most gracious hospitable warm individuals one could ever meet. Thank you again Ron and Scott we left a part of our hearts in the great Everett Hotel.

    Awesome Room, friendly staff.

We stayed here over Labor Day weekend and it was fabulous. The staff is extremely accommodating and truly committed to their guests enjoyment. Example: we had booked a early morning fishing guide on Sunday morning that would cause us to miss the wonderful breakfast. They had two to-go breakfasts for us to take when we left. The accommodations were wonderful and the rooftop deck very enjoyable. We ate in the restaurant both nights and it was first rate. Outstanding food and service. Can't say enough about the Everett. We will definitely stay there again.

  • *****

After trying a few other establishments, we found what we were looking for at The Everett Hotel. Amazing service, great good and a wonderful atmosphere. We would highly recommend The Everett Hotel if you are looking for a cut above the rest in this small mountain town.

  • *****

Love it. Super nice people, great tasting food.

  • *****

It was a great place to stay and probably the finest hotel in the area. We would stay there again. The road noise was a little loud occasionally so pick a room away from the street, like rooms 4 or 5 or the ones on the top floor. The restaurant is also 9.5 out of 10 for sure.

  • *****

WOW!!! Where do I start. My wife booked the Everett Hotel (Room #10) as we were taking a weekend trip with some friends. Upon our arrival were graciously greeted by one of the owners in which we asked if we could check in early in which he said yes, and offered to put a cone out front to reserve a parking spot on the street. The room was beautiful and well appointed with plush linens, robe etc. and very comfortable. Even the mini fridge was even stocked with fresh milk for coffee in the morning. That evening we had dinner in the dining room in which I had asked where I might buy some ear plugs (as I'm a lite sleeper) in which one of the owner's offered to go get them for me a block down the street in which I replied "Not necessary... Just point us in the direction."..... Well..... much to my surprise when we walked past the front desk after dinner they manager said "Here are the ear plugs you asked for". REALLY?? Who does that... No one.... No way would I ever ask or expect someone to do that. I was blown away by the owners & staff in their genuine desire to do whatever they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The Food, Room, Staff is all first class in this little gem. My wife and I travel extensively in and out of the country & we have stayed at some very nice places. All I can say is the hospitality business could learn a lot from these folks. We have already told many of our friends about the Everette and we look forward to returning in the near future. Thank you again for a wonderful & memorable experience. Please share this post with the entire staff as it takes a team effort to accomplish what you have at the Everette Hotel. Thank you again.

What a place place to spend the weekend. Staff was great, room was clean and up to date.

  • *****

We enjoyed our stay and the service was great. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Room was clean and cozy, but did not have any natural light which took getting used to. The hotel had a nice rooftop deck with firepit and lounge chairs. Probably the nicest hotel in town and a short walk to the GSMR.

  • *****

Wonderful experience! We traveled with two small children to ride the Polar Express. The hotel was very accommodating and service was excellent. Cookies, fire pit, clean rooms, wonderful staff and great food at the Bistro. Did I mention this is a mostly organic hotel? This is a gem!

Unplanned stay at The Everett. The warm welcome from Ron, when we stopped by, convinced us to stay overnight. Fortunately a room was available. The historic value of the building is beautifully displayed after updates. The Bistro is charming with a great menu. Our room was very well appointed and quite comfortable. We will be back at some point in the future and plan to recommend to friends and family. Thank you Ron and Scott!

Accmodating does not begin to cover the attitude and helpfulness of the staff. The restaurants menu is expansive given its size and everything was prepared to perfection. The rooms are clean have great towels, robes and bedlinens and are well stocked with water, coffee and tea. The property has several convinence features like keyless locks and access to a computer and printer. Overall an outstanding value and a fantastic experience.

  • *****

This place is delicious. There are not many good restaurants in Bryson City. This one stood out with all natural ingredients and everything tasted super fresh. I wish they were open during the week for breakfast as we would have visited them more often than our one time we were able to go when they were open.

What a charming place! Beautiful wood beams, tall ceilings, and tasteful decorative touches everywhere. Owners and staff were top notch and made us feel so welcome. Small extras like the coffee/tea station and an early (delicious) breakfast to accommodate our travel needs made this the perfect place.

  • *****

The Everett was a very nice and accommodating experience for my family. I can't say it was an over night stay because it was an experience. The central location of The Everett is ideal for anyone wanting to take a casual stroll through Bryson City and possibly catch the train ride. Museums are right next door as are the small shops. We stayed overnight and had dinner in the bistro on the main level that evening which was very delectable with many enticing beverages to choose from by a well stocked bar. Room was very comfortable and an open roof terrace to sit back and share the evening stories or reminisce of stories past. Had breakfast the next morning and that was also fantastic. Cookies and brownies were a hit with my family which were complimentary with an overnight stay for all guests. I am hard to please when it comes to customer service but I have to give credit and praise where it's due and The Everett met or exceeded my expectations.

  • *****

Hospitable, very clean, very nice. Rooms are excellent. Got satellite in the room. Robes and slippers. Breakfast was good. Right on street and can have some road noise. Within walking distance of most things in town. Lounge on the roof and coffee and things.

So many reasons the Everett was one of the best places weve ever stayed. Busy July 4, but Ron helped us with parking. Suite 8 was quiet, cozy and clean. The Bistro food, fantastic! We had dinner and breakfast, both spectacular. Rooftop view of fireworks was one of our best memories. Planning a trip back in the fall. We loved this historic 1905 bank converted tastefully into a boutique hotel.

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel for two nights for a girls trip with my sister. Over the years I've stayed at many hotels. This one by far offers the best service and attention to detail. Every little need was thought of. The owners and staff did everything to make the stay comfortable. The food at the bistro (part of the hotel) was excellent. A perfect place to stay with easy access to the Great Smokey National Park and other small towns nearby to explore. Will definitely go back.

  • *****

The Bistro inside the hotel is phenomenal. It is a small quaint restaurant with a small menu but with a powerful punch. The best filet mignon I have had in a long time. They have dinner crepes & dessert crepes as well. The ambiance is amazing. It used to be a bank in 1908 with the vault door still visible in the dining room. Very cool and eclectic place. I highly, highly recommend checking it out if and when you make it to Bryson City, North Carolina!!

All of these reviews don't lie this place is fabulous. The brunch/breakfast included with our stay was beyond any expectations I had. Fresh, hot, fancy, food. Huge menu selection.
Our room was beautiful and I loved the keyless pass code. I literally had to wrack my brain to think of anything that wasn't perfect. The bath products were scented a little strong....I know....not really an issue. But that is how excellent this hotel experience really was.

  • *****

This charming boutique hotel will make you fall in love with Bryson City. We stayed at the hotel to ride the Polar Express. The Hotel was perfectly situated only a short walk from the train station. The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly. They ensured every detail of our trip was perfect. The room was clean and very comfortable. The rooftop was cozy and fun. We were able to enjoy both dinner and breakfast in the charming restaurant. Dinner was amazing with a great menu (and food for kids too). Breakfast was way beyond our expectations. When they said, breakfast was included I assumed a continental breakfast. NO! It was a sit down meal, with a lovely menu.

We could not have enjoyed our stay more and certainly look forward to returning to the Emerson in the future.

Best Boutique Hotel my family and I have ever stayed at and we travel the world quite a bit. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left Ron, Scott, John and staff made my entire family feel like an extension of theirs. This was the BEST place I have ever been with the most hospitable group of people I have EVER encountered. Just imagine if the customer service and hospitality is GREAT, the food has to be 10 times greater... and it absolutely was! The atmosphere, the food, the vibes, the scenery.... EVERYTHING was great! This was my first time EVER in the mountains, and having to drive them was the scariest thing of my entire life, but I made 4 trips total just to eat here again for the ENTIRE weekend we were there!

    They are WORTH THE DRIVE!

Service was wonderful from the moment we walked in. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was comfortable and supplied everything we needed. The upstairs setting was cozy and showed the perfect view of the mountains and stars at night. We even went up in the morning to watch the sunrise and used the blankets they provided for guests. It truly was a great experience. I would highly recommend and also the food was just perfect!!

  • *****

The only fine dining/date night spot worth eating at in Bryson City. The trout and filet are both absolutely amazing. If you're interested in desert id recommend the almond, chocolate, and espresso coated vanilla ice cream ball. John the bartender was extremely helpful and friendly.

  • *****

We had an amazing three day stay The Everett Hotel. You can tell the owners take great care and pride of the hotel. There is so much attention to detail and it really shows. Breakfast in the morning was amazing, and we had dinner a few times too. All of the meals were excellent and the staff was so friendly. All COVID19 precautions were taken and being followed diligently by the staff. It is awkward not to see someone smiling or talking under their mask, but somehow everyone's warmth showed through. I just can't recommend this place enough. It was truly outstanding and we can't wait to return.

Enjoy.

By far, the best boutique hotel we have ever stayed at. The personalized service is second to none. Ron ,Scott and their staff make your stay feel as if you are visiting good friends. Rooms, amenities, and food are the best!

  • *****

OH MY GOODNESS!!!! Greatest ever! Best staff, accommodations, hotel (on and on and on) I have encountered. These folks make ANYTHING you want/need happen. Bryson City is great, so to make it perfect...stay at The Everett.

  • *****

The only fine dining/date night spot worth eating at in Bryson City. The trout and filet are both absolutely amazing. If you're interested in desert id recommend the almond, chocolate, and espresso coated vanilla ice cream ball. John the bartender was extremely helpful and friendly.

  • *****

Service was wonderful from the moment we walked in. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was comfortable and supplied everything we needed. The upstairs setting was cozy and showed the perfect view of the mountains and stars at night. We even went up in the morning to watch the sunrise and used the blankets they provided for guests. It truly was a great experience. I would highly recommend and also the food was just perfect!!

  • *****

Best Boutique Hotel my family and I have ever stayed at and we travel the world quite a bit. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left Ron, Scott, John and staff made my entire family feel like an extension of theirs. The rooms were clean and spacious, the Bistro had the most delicious food available in the entire City... When I tell you this placed nailed it 100% I mean it. Every bit of our stay was a perfect experience at this Hotel and Bistro. WE LOVED IT! Thank you sooo much making our stay such a perfect and memorable holiday experience. This place comes highly recommended and I promise they will not come short of a perfect experience.

My husband and I went to Bryson City for the first time to celebrate his birthday. We stayed at The Everett Hotel. It was wonderful , clean, beautiful and very cozy. Everyone there was super nice . We will definitely return. Loved our stay ?

  • *****

My wife and I had our wedding ceremony there could not be happier on how it turned out!!! The staff was amazing! Service, food, and amenities were top notch. Ron and Scott are The best and worth the stay alone just to hang out with them. Definitely will be back and highly recommend to everyone I know.

  • *****

This was the BEST place I have ever been with the most hospitable group of people I have EVER encountered. Just imagine if the customer service and hospitality is GREAT, the food has to be 10 times greater... and it absolutely was! The atmosphere, the food, the vibes, the scenery.... EVERYTHING was great! This was my first time EVER in the mountains, and having to drive them was the scariest thing of my entire life, but I made 4 trips total just to eat here again for the ENTIRE weekend we were there!

    They are WORTH THE DRIVE!

  • *****

This is our new favorite place! We stayed in the Inn which is impeccably designed with attention to every detail! The restaurant was amazing, food and service impeccable. You can truly tell the pride of ownership that the owners take in their business. The town is adorable and quaint. We came in off a huge hike and we just wanted a place to lay our heads and something to eat and it far exceeded our expectations! Thank you, thank you, thank you for such hospitality Ron and Scott!

    See you next year!

My husband and I have a second home here outside of Bryson City. The restaurants come and go. The ones that remain stay in business for a reason. Everett Bistro nails it every time. We started coming during the early "Cork and Bean" days, and we continue to come every time we want a tasty high-end experience. I had the black bean burger last night. It was scrumptious from the pimento cheese to the seasoned steak fries. I came back for the game-meatloaf (a favorite) tonight but Katy tempted me to try the scallops. Wow! The balsamic glaze and grits added a hearty fall feel. Normally I can't eat shrimp and grits because of my shrimp allergy. How fun to eat scallops and grits. Delish!

  • *****

Absolutely wonderful experience. The staff, food and service were exceptional. Looking forward to our next visit to the Everett Hotel.

  • *****

So many reasons the Everett was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed.

  • *****

Best hotel in Bryson City! My son and I stayed here this past weekend and loved this hotel. The rooms are stylish and very clean. The food was awesome! The staff and management were very friendly and attentive. We did a ropes course and rafted the Nantahala,, tubed Deep Creek and visited Cherokee. Highly recommend this hotel!

  • *****

This was the best place I have ever stayed over night at. I mean 100% top class!

  • *****

Hospitable, very clean, very nice. Rooms are excellent. Got satellite in the room. Robes and slippers. Breakfast was good. Right on street and can have some road noise. Within walking distance of most things in town. Lounge on the roof and coffee and things.

  • *****

Wonderful experience! Great rooftop, nice restaurant, beautiful room, very nice people

  • *****

What a charming place! Beautiful wood beams, tall ceilings, and tasteful decorative touches everywhere. Owners and staff were top notch and made us feel so welcome. Small extras like the coffee/tea station and an early (delicious) breakfast to accommodate our travel needs made this the perfect place.

  • *****

The Everett Hotel is inviting and cozy. The service is impeccable and the rooms are comfy and clean. This is truly a gem in a small town setting! What a wonderful way to start the weekend. The beds are plush and crisp. Top boutique hotel. Dinner downstairs was first class and complimentary warm cookies and brownies before bed. Doesn’t get any better! Five stars all the way!

  • *****

From the beautiful clean rooms, delicious breakfast, rooftop fire ? pit, cookies and brownies in the evening and exceptional service! This is our home away! Scott and the team are amazing.

  • *****

This place is delicious. There are not many good restaurants in Bryson City. This one stood out with all natural ingredients and everything tasted super fresh. I wish they were open during the week for breakfast as we would have visited them more often than our one time we were able to go when they were open.

  • *****

Love this place! Absolutely the nicest people I’ve ever met!!!

  • *****

Accmodating does not begin to cover the attitude and helpfulness of the staff. The restaurants menu is expansive given it’s size and everything was prepared to perfection. The rooms are clean have great towels, robes and bedlinens and are well stocked with water, coffee and tea. The property has several convinence features like keyless locks and access to a computer and printer. Overall an outstanding value and a fantastic experience.

  • *****

Great people, Food and service. Love this place

  • *****

Our family celebrated New Years eve at the Bistro and the food and service was outstanding. We've been fortunate to visit many fine dining establishments around the world and have found no better than this wonderful bistro in Bryson City. Have tried about everything on the menu and it's all superb. We always have the bacon wrapped dates. Six Stars and hats off to the management and brilliant staff. Cheers.

  • *****

Absolutely wonderful!! The hotel (a converted 1900 bank) was gorgeous, beds were extremely comfortable, staff was amazing, and the chocolate chip cookies were to die for!! We also had dinner and complementary breakfast in the bistro, which was delicious. I had the filet and my husband had the Bison meatloaf, both were five star. The bistro is quaint and decorated so perfectly. I would recommend this hotel and bistro as a must see, must stay, must eat to any one who visits the Bryson City area. Winning is all in the details and this spot wins by far.

  • *****

Great little place for a spectacular brunch. You need to try the smokey mountain benedict! Absolutely amazing!

  • *****

Unplanned stay at The Everett. The warm welcome from Ron, when we stopped by, convinced us to stay overnight. Fortunately a room was available. The historic value of the building is beautifully displayed after updates. The Bistro is charming with a great menu. Our room was very well appointed and quite comfortable. We will be back at some point in the future and plan to recommend to friends and family. Thank you Ron and Scott!

  • *****

Wonderful experience! We traveled with two small children to ride the Polar Express. The hotel was very accommodating and service was excellent. Cookies, fire pit, clean rooms, wonderful staff and great food at the Bistro. Did I mention this is a mostly organic hotel? This is a gem!

  • *****

We eat brunch here daily when in Bryson City. Staff and management are super nice, food is AMAZING. Coffee and sweet tea are perfect! Restaurant is on the small side but cozy, comfortable and very clean. It's a must visit when you are here!!

  • *****

My Centurian recommendation (Black Amex)! Glad I trusted American Express to book us here! Walking distance to EVERYTHING! Fun building with History and neat features. Great atmosphere with MANY amenities. Snacks and coffee on every floor PLUS a rooftop deck. Extras justify the wages. Great food and convenient bar and restaurant inside. Classy well defined rooms. Worth the trip!

  • *****

    Kim & Adam

  • *****

It was a great place to stay and probably the finest hotel in the area. We would stay there again. The road noise was a little loud occasionally so pick a room away from the street, like rooms 4 or 5 or the ones on the top floor. The restaurant is also 9.5 out of 10 for sure.

  • *****

After trying a few other establishments, we found what we were looking for at The Everett Hotel. Amazing service, great good and a wonderful atmosphere. We would highly recommend The Everett Hotel if you are looking for a cut above the rest in this small mountain town.

  • *****

The Bistro at Everett Hotel was beyond fantastic. It has a high-end atmosphere but you don't have to be super dressy! Some where nice jeans!

I love the wine pairings and the service is just fantastic! Checking on you but not over-bearing!

We ordered the goat cheese appetizer with fig and I got the scallop and grits dinner with the Biltmore Viognier pairing. Delicious!

  • *****

We stayed here over Labor Day weekend and it was fabulous. The staff is extremely accommodating and truly committed to their guests enjoyment. Example: we had booked a early morning fishing guide on Sunday morning that would cause us to miss the wonderful breakfast. They had two to-go breakfasts for us to take when we left. The accommodations were wonderful and the rooftop deck very enjoyable. We ate in the restaurant both nights and it was first rate. Outstanding food and service. Can't say enough about the Everett. We will definitely stay there again.

  • *****

Best restaurant in the city!!! Quality food , fresh , tasty and great staff . Patio outdoor area and a cute inside . Great menu . Great brunch menu on the weekend ; I ordered the house made chicken salad sandwich with kettle fries ( you can upgrade to sweet potato fries ) and had the chocolate bread pudding . All outstanding ! Highly recommend

  • *****

This place is AWESOME! 100% health rating, gender neutral bathrooms, sugar free coffee syrups, super friendly staff and they are willing to accommodate low carb. Plus they make home made Italian cream soda and its delicious!

  • *****

  • *****

This place was amazing! The cutest atmosphere and very friendly staff. We had a large party, everyone ordered something different and everyone absolutely LOVED their dish! The blackberry mojito was very good as well! Will definitely be back on our next vacation.

  • *****

These folks know hospitality. Very impressed

  • *****

The Everett has become a tradition of mine energy time I visit the area. Whether it's coffee, cocktails, food or a place to rest I've consistently been impressed with both the quality and charm that the Everett has to offer.

  • *****

From the warm welcome of the friendly staff, especially Ron, to the modern bathrooms, comfortable beds and great restaurant, this is a rare find in the mountains. Treat yourself and someone else you care about to a relaxing weekend and stay in Bryson City and The Everett. You will want reservations for the Bistro. Would like something special during your stay? Ask Ron, he is charming and ready to help.

  • *****

One word: Fabulous!! Clean, convenient, elegant. A "must stay"

  • *****

This is a very nice and clean hotel. We had dinner in their restaurant a couple of years ago and enjoyed it so much that we decided to stay in the hotel the next time we visited Bryson City and we were not disappointed. The stay was wonderful. Everything was easy and comfortable. Nice little town to visit. The restaurant has an amazing breakfast as well as dinner.

  • *****

Wow! Wow! Wow! My better half and I came here on a recommendation and let me tell you, I am not disappointed at all.

Service is absolutely on point. Quickly greeted and sat. Even though we were early for our reservation they went ahead and sat us. I do recommend reservations. The restaurant is small, charming and very well decorated. It feels very cozy. If I understand correctly it is an old bank from the early 1900's. The entire staff is friendly and very attentive to you. Our server Jessie was wonderful. He made sure we were comfortable with our dining experience.

The quality of the food is on point with high end restaurants. Portions were perfect. We both had the C&B Eggs Benedict. The food was perfectly prepared and seasoned. I do suggest you get the cheddar grits.

We also had a Bloody Mary that definitely made our morning.

The price was very good. Considering the quality, portions and the service it was well worth the visit. You must come is the bottom line of my review.

  • *****

If your going to Bryson city this place is a must stop.
The owner and his staff show great pride in what
They do and treat their guests like family. The wait staff
Is on another level. The rooms are flawless and the restaurant is
    Amazing.

  • *****

Great boutique style hotel. We liked the rooftop deck...

  • *****

The room was amazing, staff was incredibly helpful, and the food downstairs was a hit even with kids under 10. If you're going to Bryson city in the future book ahead, because this is THE place to stay. Easy walking distance to all of your favorite Bryson destinations. GSMR, local breweries, and shops.

  • *****

Nice restaurant downstairs. Short walk to everything in Bryson City. Rooms very clean and well appointed.

  • *****

Ate at the new restaurant twice while back for a visit and both nights were great. The food is excellent and the service was very attentive. We had shecrab soup, scallops and grits, etouffee, trout, and crepes. I must admit that we miss the old cork and bean's more casual atmosphere, but the new is very good.

  • *****

Gorgeous. Stunning. Impeccable service. So blown away, what an incredible establishment. Completely central to downtown Bryson City, amazing restaurant and service, and Parker with the concierge has truly made the trip. She is such a joy and so knowledgeable, helpful, and gracious. An exceptional host at a beautiful establishment. Can't wait to return next year!!!

  • *****

This was a pleasure to stay at from Oct 31 thru Nov 2, 2017. Ron and Scott, the owners, have done an exceptional job of putting together a very comfortable hotel. From the excellent free breakfast, made to order, to the roof top terrace with the glass bead fire pit everything has been well thought out! The rooms are not large but very comfortable, the beds were great and the bathroom was well done! We really appreciated the heads up call before arriving about Everett St being shutdown for Halloween for Trick or Treating and the parking space blocked off to ensure we had a spot when arriving. We look forward to returning for another visit and appreciate the great hospitality! Everyone there was very informative and ensured we had a great stay!

  • *****

After a beautiful ride on the Great Smoky Mountail Railway, our group had reservations here for dinner.....I have to say, that this place is awesome. The food, service and atmosphere are top notch. The quality and quantity of food, makes it worth the trip....A must try! We left full and satisfied!

  • *****

Fantastic boutique hotel with great rooms, wonderful staff and an amazing restaurant. Already booked our next visit before we had even checked out.

  • *****

We stayed at the Everette Hotel during our stay in Bryson City over a long weekend. My husband and I loved the hotel and the service. Our stay was comfy. The service was excellent. The food was amazing. We spent the day Hiking, and after dinner we spent the evening at some nearby breweries. Then we finished off the night with a bottle of wine by the rooftop fire at the Everette Hotel. It was the perfect weekend and the perfect stay!

  • *****

This is my first google review, had to do it! Can't say enough about this place! Beautiful, classy, welcoming. The rooftop view is exceptional. The fire pit is amazing. Had my coffee there in the morning and my wine there in the evening. The Cork and Bean Bistro is the hotel's restaurant, and the food there is truly exceptional. Chef and staff were amazing. This is a life changing place!

  • *****

Absolutely loved our stay at the Everett Hotel! It is an old bank builing converted to a quaint B & B. Outstanding service, cleanliness, decor, charm, food, roof top terrace, and location. There was nothing that disapponted me!

  • *****

The Everett Hotel is the epitome of style and elegance. The charming setting, historic building, spotless suites and thoughtful owner made this an experience my husband and I will never forget. We're already planning a return trip in the fall! They offer stylish decor, luxury linens, memory foam beds, beautiful views, excellent food, unparalleled service and an experience you truly can't get anywhere else. Kudos to the owner because he hasn't overlooked any detail whatsoever and has created an absolute treasure we all get to enjoy.

  • *****

I came across this hotel while planning a trip to the south with my wife. We fell in love with the building so I booked a suite and seeing it in real life was even better than we could have imagined. The moment you step in the front door you can tell the owners have put their heart and soul into every detail. From retaining parts of the original buildings architecture to all the modern amenities you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. We can't recommend enough that anyone passing through or looking for a vacation to consider The Everett in Bryson City, NC.

  • *****

Wife and I went for a weekend getaway to enjoy the mountains and take a train ride to see the fall foliage. Picked the Everett Hotel because it was within walking distance of the train and the town. Had a great time! The hotel is an old renovated bank. The owners did a remarkable job making it a luxury hotel. The room was the cleanest I have ever seen a hotel room. The roof top sported a great view of the night sky and had a gas fire pit. Nice place to enjoy the company of others and some wine. The first floor has the restaurant and bar. Great place to sit and relax with some high-end food. Got to talk to the owners numerous times and they were easy going and really enjoyed talking about how they transformed the hotel. I highly recommend this if you want to spend 2-3 days in the area and enjoy the town and the train.

  • *****

The Everett is the most incredible hotel! I stayed there for a wedding, and we took over all of the rooms. Ron & Scott are unbelievable people that treat you like their own close family, and it was the most loving, warm, pleasurable experience. This hotel most definitely escalates the beautiful town of Bryson City. Aside from the incredible hospitality, the rooms are comparable to the Ritz Carlton. The beds, robes, soap and showers are top tier. Not to mention the restaurant in the bottom - that pimento cheese BLT is everything you've ever dreamed of. Do yourself a favor and get your butt to the Everett, you won't regret a second of it. THANK YOU RON & SCOTT!
